WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
As all orders are handmade and made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for processing and shipping after your order is placed.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Once shipped, delivery will take an additional 5-10 business days, regardless of your location.

TRACKING MY ORDER
You can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email. Simply enter the number on 17track.net and select automatic courier.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since each item is custom-made, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. However once you have received your order, you will be able to return it given it is within our Return Policy.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES INFORMATION
We cover all customs and duties prior to shipping. You will not be required to pay any additional fees when your order arrives, no matter your location.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
If you've entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. However, if it has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH ISSUES
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with the following:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture or video of the damaged product.

We’ll investigate the issue once we receive the details.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED
If your tracking shows that your item was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check if it was delivered to a work address or a colleague. You can also request proof of delivery from the courier by filling out a signature request form. Please note, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a secure location.
